How to employee employees without a registered legal entity in Germany
Whenever you would like to engage in business transactions in Germany, as well as within and across the European markets, we would always recommend setting up your own German company.
However, if you want to employee employees without having a registered German legal entity in place we support the two following solutions
- A permanent representative in Germany of the foreign company will be the supervisor (legal fiscal representative)
- You can obtain a German Labour Leasing License (AüG) to lease your workers to a German customer. In this case the customer will be super visor of your workers in Germany
- Incorporate a German legal entity (GmbH)
